S804榮文線榮成棘子埠至文登宅庫段大中修工程順利通過竣工驗收

2021年11月16日上午在威海市文登公路事業(yè)發(fā)展中心會議室召開了S804榮文線榮成棘子埠至文登宅庫段大中修工程的竣工驗收會,該會議由威海市交通運輸局組織,參加單位有:威海市公路事業(yè)發(fā)展中心、威海市交通運輸綜合執(zhí)法支隊、威海市交通建設(shè)事務(wù)服務(wù)中心及參建各單位,文登區(qū)交通運輸局同時邀請了當(dāng)?shù)氐墓病?yīng)急等部門參加。

  • 工程概述

S804榮文線榮成棘子埠至文登宅庫段大中修工程一合同總監(jiān)辦由我公司監(jiān),該項目開工日期為2017年5月25日,工日期為2018年1月16日。

S804榮文線榮成棘子埠至文登宅庫段(K0+000~K36+564)大中修工程全長36.564公里,我單位組建第一總監(jiān)辦負(fù)責(zé)一合同段長25.427公里的監(jiān)理任務(wù),該合同段采用二級公路標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計速度60公里/小時。K0+000~K5+982路基寬12米,路面寬10.5米,雙向兩車道。K5+982~K11+340、K12+151~K25+427路基寬10米,路面寬8.5米,雙向兩車道。K11+340~K12+151路基寬24.5米,路面寬21米,雙向四車道。

K11+340~K12+151段(機(jī)場立交范圍)采用罩面。對原路面病害處理后,做下封層,加鋪4cm細(xì)粒式瀝青混凝土(AC-13C)。該路段范圍內(nèi)兩處重建的涵洞的結(jié)構(gòu)層為30cm碎石墊層+≥16cm廠拌冷再生水泥穩(wěn)定碎石+2×16cm水泥穩(wěn)定碎石+透層+下封層+6cm中粒式瀝青混凝土(AC-16C)+4細(xì)粒式瀝青混凝土(AC-13C)。

K0+000~K11+340、K12+151~K25+427段(機(jī)場立交范圍除外)長24.616公里,采用冷再生加鋪補(bǔ)強(qiáng)。挖除8cm瀝青面層后,先將老路16cm基層挖除回收進(jìn)行廠拌冷再生作為下基層,對老路底基層病害進(jìn)行處治后鋪筑≥16cm廠拌冷再生水泥穩(wěn)定碎石+16cm水泥穩(wěn)定碎石+透層+下封層+4cm中粒式瀝青混凝土(AC-16C)+3cm細(xì)粒式瀝青混凝土(AC-10C)。部分路塹路段加鋪30cm碎石墊層。該路段范圍內(nèi)的土埠嶺南橋、蘆子口橋和河家店橋銑刨面層后重新罩面。

二、項目主要工程量及工程投資

挖除瀝青混凝土路面297347.5m2,銑刨舊路面11927m3,碎石墊層56298m2,水泥穩(wěn)定土底基層(廠拌冷再生)254307.7m2,水泥穩(wěn)定碎石下基層6618.12m2,水泥穩(wěn)定碎石上基層241946.4 m2,細(xì)粒式瀝青混凝土240220.4m2,中粒式瀝青混凝土223228.2m2,S804榮文線項目總投資投資額110630228.33元。

三、根據(jù)會議議程各參建單位分別做了竣工工作總結(jié)匯報,管養(yǎng)單位對項目自交工運營情況進(jìn)行了闡述,最后威海市交通運輸綜合執(zhí)法支隊同志宣讀了竣工鑒定報告,對整個項目在施工階段對質(zhì)量、安全、進(jìn)度、環(huán)保等工作管控進(jìn)行了高度評價、自項目交工運營的情況比較同期參與竣工的其他的項目S804榮文線榮成棘子埠至文登宅庫段大中修工程施工質(zhì)量和設(shè)計完成情況最好的,該項目最后評定為優(yōu)良綜合評分98.7分。
