山東高速濟濰高速防撞護欄總結(jié)

2022年9月24日,由山東高速集團投資建設的濟南至濰坊段項目在三合同五冶段K41+225分離立交組織防撞護欄施工總結(jié)。

一、施工放樣

為了更好地保證混凝土防撞護欄的外表線形順直,項目部重視平面位置測量放樣的精確度和準確性。采用全站儀對防撞護欄的內(nèi)邊線平面位置進行準確放樣,對平曲線沿縱向每3m放一點,直線段沿縱向每5m放一點,外邊線根據(jù)內(nèi)邊線用護欄設計寬度量測確定相應點位。用墨線將放樣點縱向彈線連接起來作為模板的內(nèi)外安裝邊線,能更好地控制護欄模板的安裝線型。假如縱向線形不順直,目測存在明顯的拐點或折線,必須予以復測,查找原因并進行微調(diào)。

二、鋼筋加工及安裝

根據(jù)防撞護欄內(nèi)、外側(cè)邊線位置適當調(diào)整預埋鋼筋的安裝位置。安裝墊塊,保證混凝土保護層厚度。按照圖紙要求對鋼筋進行連接,部分采用單面搭接焊,要求焊縫飽滿,清除焊渣,搭接長度適宜;縱向水平筋采用綁扎連接,綁扎的搭接長度不小于35d,每一鋼筋搭接處必須用三道扎絲進行綁扎。順橋向鋼筋必須在斷縫處斷開,其余部位不得斷開。

三、模板安裝

內(nèi)外模板的平面線型,線位均用墨線彈出,根據(jù)墨線進行模板的安裝。防撞墻的頂面標高控制以防撞墻的內(nèi)模定線為準,模板頂部及底部分別用對拉桿定位。模板底部縫隙使用砂漿進行封堵。模板安裝完畢,對其平面位置、頂部標高、節(jié)點聯(lián)系及縱橫向穩(wěn)定性進行檢查。

四、砼澆筑

現(xiàn)場砼坍落控制在 160mm左右,和易性較好。混凝土用砼運輸車運至現(xiàn)場,利用溜槽裝入模板內(nèi),采用75型插入式振搗器振搗。混凝土澆筑從一端開始,按水平分層斜向推進。最底下一層砼澆筑高度到達內(nèi)側(cè)模板下部的第一個轉(zhuǎn)角處,第二層混凝土澆筑高度到達轉(zhuǎn)角以上30cm處,第三層混凝土直接澆筑到頂面?;炷琳駬v每一棒振搗至表面泛漿,不再冒出氣泡且表面不再下沉為止。時間控制為1min左右,不大于1.5min。
